Mt. Everest Expedition North Ridge

Everest, Known as Chomolungma in China , stands at the height of 8,848m. It is situated right in the middle section of the Himalayas and is located at 86.9º E and 27.9º N. The north side of Chomolungma is lying within the Tingri county and the south side is lying in Nepal .

ITINERARY

Day 01	Arrival Kathmandu Transfer to Hotel
Day 02-03	Official formalities in Kathmandu
Day 04	Fly to Lhasa (3600m)
Day 05-07	Sightseeing in Lhasa
Day 08	Drive to Shigatse (3900m).
Day 09	Drive to Xegar , (4350m). visit Tashilhunpo monastery.
Day 10	Drive to Everest Base Camp (5200m).
Day 11-14	Rest day at the Base Camp
Day 15	Trek to intermediate camp (6200m)
Day 16	Advance Base Camp (6500m)
Day 17-56	Climbing Period.
Day 57	Return to Advance Base Camp
Day 58	Return to Base Camp.
Day 59	Cleaning up base Camp .
Day 60	Drive to Nyalam. Overnight in hotel
Day 61	Drive to Kathmandu . Transfer to hotel
Day 62-63	Rest days in Kathmandu
Day 64	Departure From Kathmandu

PLEASE NOTE: The above itinerary is flexible programme, but is intended to give an indication of the likely events during the expedition. It will be necessary to have a flexible plan in order to take the best advantage of situations as they present themselves during expeditions. Any changes to the itinerary will be made with a view to maximize the benefit to the team members and of ensuring their eventual success on the mountains.
